Who I am

This website belongs to Mihaela Panaitescu, a fashion designer based in London. Contact: michela.style@gmail.com, 07459 087903.

Prices

The only price on this website is a starting price ("from £45"). Every piece is priced after I have seen your garment or talked through your idea, and you get the price before any work starts. The price you accept is the one that applies.

Enquiries and orders

Sending a message or a form does not create a contract. The design, the work included, the dates, delivery and the payment terms are agreed with you for each piece.

Photos and content

The photos on this website show my own designs. Awards and magazine features are named as they were given; the magazines and photographers keep the rights to their own pages and photographs. The text, the designs shown and the MP monogram belong to Mihaela Panaitescu.

Links to other websites

This site links to services I don't control, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google. I'm not responsible for their content or how they use your information.

Liability

I'm not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
